Our menu changes from day to day according to the availability of seasonal ingredients from our suppliers.

The seasons for all vegetables that are grown naturally will vary by weeks or months each year according to climatic conditions, which means that our menus are always subject to change.

 

The Airstream Menu

 

Friday 18th May

Spring broth with braised meat, roasted vegetables, soft herbs and brioche.

Soft poached eggs with roasted Portobello mushrooms, crushed potatoes, pickled red onions, Old Winchester cheese, tomato pesto and rosemary breadcrumbs.

Grilled hot smoked salmon or seared mackerel fillets with roasted beetroots, cucumber, celeriac, mint yoghurt, crushed potatoes, mixed leaves and horseradish dressing.

We believe that a seasonally evolving menu differentiates us from any other Street Food vendor and although we can't guarantee the contents of our boxes until the day before, we can guarantee that they will be delicious and only contain UK produce.
