Our latest addition to the Street Kitchen repertoire is our brand new breakfast menu. Choose from super healthy poached eggs with tomato compote and spinach or a more indulgent bacon brioche.
We were not happy to serve up an average breakfast sandwich so we set out to design the ultimate bacon brioche. It has taken two months of development to create our very own home made bacon. A serious amount of love goes into this baby. We start with pork sourced directly from Packington Free Range in Staffordshire, butterfly it, season it with Cornish sea salt and rosemary, cook it gently for twelve hours until it is soft and succulent, chill it, slice it, smoke it with oak chips and then finally crisp it up on the grill and slap it between a toasted brioche smothered with Stokes ketchup.
