Our burgers are lovingly put together using the best quality natural British ingredients.
The beef in our pattys is 100% grass fed and carefully dry aged by Nathan the Butcher in Bermondsey to pack the meaty punch that is a critical component of the Buffalo Bill. The Foghorn Leghorn employs Label Anglais chicken from Temple Farm just outside London and our Captain Pugwash features salmon sourced directly from Loch Duart in Scotland.
